Since 2008 Bob has represented hundreds of clients in all manner of family law matters (divorce, custody, modifications) as an associate attorney and then as a small firm owner since 2011. Throughout his career Bob has been focused, always, on reaching reasonable resolutions in all matters, and his passion for the peaceful and expeditious resolution of disputes for the sake of the families involved in Florida family law litigation led him to establish Valentine Family Mediations. He puts his legal knowledge and experience to work in each mediation in order to fashion reasonable, thorough, and lasting agreements.

Rates and Cancellation Policy
Mediation rates are $250 per hour, with a two-hour minimum charge. After two hours, the parties are billed in 15 minute increments. Payment is shared equally between the parties unless otherwise ordered or agreed. If a mediation is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice to mediator (excluding weekends and holidays), a minimum fee of $500 will be charged.
